  2. When creating your username/password, remember that it should be easy for you to remember.
  3. Do not access online banking through links received via email.
  4. Do not access online banking by searching for the bank’s name in your browser; type the address.
  5. Avoid using easily guessable passwords (birthdays, parts of phone or document, etc.).
  6. Your USERNAME/PASSWORD is personal, and no one should ask for it for any transaction.
  7. Ensure that the “lock” symbol appears in the top left of your browser when connecting to the bank, validating the connection as secure.
  8. Do not save the password in emails or any other type of file.
  9. Do not send sensitive information via email or physical means.
  10. Use antivirus software on your devices and update it periodically.
  11. Use a firewall and antispyware.
  12. Update the operating system on your devices whenever a vulnerability is disclosed, or have the automatic update system activated.
  13. Report any anomalies to the bank.
