El Sector P\u00fablico Nacional anot\u00f3 el d\u00e9cimo mes consecutivo de super\u00e1vit primario y registr\u00f3 nueve meses de los \u00faltimos diez con super\u00e1vit fiscal financiero. Si bien los ingresos continuaron deprimidos en octubre, el ajuste del gasto (23,2% real a\/a) volvi\u00f3 a compensar la d\u00e9bil performance de la recaudaci\u00f3n. El Gobierno continu\u00f3 reforzando el gasto en AUH y transferencias a universidades, mientras que profundiz\u00f3 el ajuste en obra p\u00fablica, subsidios y transferencias a provincias. En el acumulado del a\u00f1o, el super\u00e1vit primario asciende a 1,8% del PBI y se espera que finalice el 2024 en torno a 2% del producto. <strong>En la medida en que el equipo econ\u00f3mico mantenga el equilibrio de las cuentas p\u00fablicas, a la vez que corrige las distorsiones de una econom\u00eda desequilibrada, el riesgo pa\u00eds continuar\u00e1 bajando y las calificadoras premiar\u00e1n con mejoras en la calificaci\u00f3n que atraer\u00e1n mayores inversiones.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mercado de cambios:<\/strong> el BCRA contin\u00faa su <em>crawling peg<\/em> del 2% mensual y el FX mayorista abre la jornada en $1.002,5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Super\u00e1vit financiero: <\/strong>el MECON anunci\u00f3 que en octubre se logr\u00f3 nuevamente un super\u00e1vit financiero, por $523.398 MM, y un super\u00e1vit primario de $746.921 MM. El resultado fue producto de una ca\u00edda del gasto del 23,2% real interanual y una disminuci\u00f3n real del 8,6% a\/a en los ingresos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deuda soberana argentina: <\/strong>la calificadora Fitch mejor\u00f3 el viernes pasado la calificaci\u00f3n crediticia de la deuda soberana en d\u00f3lares, pasando desde CC hasta CCC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diputados: <\/strong>el Gobierno anunci\u00f3 que enviar\u00e1 un proyecto de Ley al Congreso para eliminar las elecciones primarias.
