El Sector P\u00fablico Nacional tuvo super\u00e1vit financiero en junio y registr\u00f3 un excedente despu\u00e9s de intereses por sexto mes consecutivo, algo no visto desde 2008. En el 1S24, el SPN acumul\u00f3 un super\u00e1vit primario de 1,1% del PBI y un super\u00e1vit fiscal total de 0,4% del producto. El resultado se logr\u00f3 gracias a una fuerte contracci\u00f3n del gasto de capital, subsidios y transferencias discrecionales a provincias. Dado el clima invernal y un cuadro tarifario que todav\u00eda no termina de actualizarse, resta por confirmar si hubo aumento de deuda flotante que permiti\u00f3 semejante ajuste de subsidios. Desde el punto de vista de la sostenibilidad, la calidad del ajuste ha mejorado, habi\u00e9ndose moderado la ca\u00edda del gasto social. <strong>Sostenemos la importancia del super\u00e1vit fiscal para la consistencia del programa macro.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mercado de cambios:<\/strong> el BCRA contin\u00faa su <em>crawling peg<\/em> del 2% mensual y el FX mayorista abre la jornada en $923,5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Llamado para rescisi\u00f3n de puts: <\/strong>el Banco Central public\u00f3 ayer un comunicado en el que ofrece a los bancos recomprar hoy y ma\u00f1ana las opciones de liquidez sobre los t\u00edtulos del Tesoro, pagando la prima original, ajustada por CER y proporcional por el plazo remanente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resultado Fiscal:<\/strong> el MECON anunci\u00f3 que el mes de junio anot\u00f3 el sexto super\u00e1vit financiero consecutivo, siendo de $238.000 MM, mientras que el primario alcanz\u00f3 la suma de $489.000 MM. El gasto mostr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda de 35,2% interanual en t\u00e9rminos reales, mientras que los ingresos cayeron 14,8%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saldo en el MULC: <\/strong>el Banco Central vendi\u00f3 ayer USD 3 MM en el MULC, acumulando un saldo de USD 17.426 MM desde la devaluaci\u00f3n de diciembre. Las reservas brutas cayeron USD 559 MM debido al pago al FMI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contexto internacional: <\/strong>Trump prometi\u00f3 no intervenir en la Fed y dijo que permitir\u00e1 que Powell finalice su mandato en 2026 como presidente de la Reserva Federal.
