La idea detr\u00e1s de la operaci\u00f3n es despejar los vencimientos en pesos del 2024 por un total de $55,4 billones. Se eligieron 15 t\u00edtulos ajustables para el canje (8 atados al CER, 4 Duales, 2 Dollar-Linked y 1 atado a tasa BADLAR) y el Gobierno ofrece una canasta de t\u00edtulos CER con vencimientos a 2025, 2026 y 2027. A priori, el canje estar\u00eda dirigido para entes p\u00fablicos, aunque se indic\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 abierto para cualquier inversor. Se estima que el sector p\u00fablico tiene alrededor del 70% de la deuda en moneda local, siendo el BCRA, FGS y el BNA el 66%, aproximadamente. De esta manera, se espera que el piso m\u00ednimo de aceptaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 en 60%-65%. La inc\u00f3gnita sobre los puts de los nuevos t\u00edtulos y la postura del Central en los bids reduce el atractivo para los bancos que son los mayores tenedores privados. Cuando se analiza la oferta, el premio sobre mercado \u2013seg\u00fan valuaci\u00f3n del viernes\u2013 es relativamente bajo y los precios tienen descontado un escenario muy positivo para los pr\u00f3ximos meses. <strong>El aumento de la oferta de t\u00edtulos a largo plazo podr\u00eda llevar a una correcci\u00f3n de dicha parte de la curva, por lo que recomendamos cautela hasta una vez visto los resultados del canje.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><strong><strong><strong>Mercado de cambios:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>el BCRA contin\u00faa su <em>crawling peg<\/em> del 2% mensual y el FX mayorista abre la jornada en $848.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong>Canje 2024: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>la Secretaria de Finanzas invit\u00f3 a entidades del sector p\u00fablico y cualquier otro inversor con iguales condiciones a participar de un canje de todos los t\u00edtulos en pesos 2024 por una canasta de 4 bonos CER cup\u00f3n cero con vencimiento en 2025, 2026, 2027 y 2028. La sumatoria de los 15 t\u00edtulos elegibles suman $55,4 billones de valor t\u00e9cnico y $59,9 billones de valor de mercado al viernes.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong>Reuni\u00f3n con gobernadores: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>seg\u00fan la Oficina del Presidente, la reuni\u00f3n del viernes pasado de Posse y Francos con los gobernadores fue \u201cextensa y productiva\u201d.
