La votaci\u00f3n fue clara: solo 25 votos fueron a favor de su aprobaci\u00f3n, mientras que hubo 42 en contra. El voto m\u00e1s llamativo fue el de Mart\u00edn Lousteau, presidente de la UCR, quien vot\u00f3 en l\u00ednea con la oposici\u00f3n y se diferenci\u00f3 de todos sus correligionarios que dieron el visto bueno. La respuesta negativa de los senadores refleja la debilidad pol\u00edtica que ostenta la actual administraci\u00f3n y lo complicado que ser\u00e1 poder pasar reformas estructurales por el Congreso. Si bien el Decreto no ser\u00e1 descartado hasta no ser rechazado por Diputados, el golpe pol\u00edtico de ayer se har\u00e1 sentir en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas. El DNU es una de las piedras angulares del programa de Gobierno de LLA y desde su presentaci\u00f3n no ha sufrido m\u00e1s que rechazos. Ahora la batalla deber\u00e1 librarse en Diputados, donde el Gobierno tiene m\u00e1s peso, aunque, luego de semejante traspi\u00e9, las dudas se acrecientan y nada parece asegurado. <strong>Creemos que el rev\u00e9s en el Senado tendr\u00e1 un impacto negativo en los precios de los bonos soberanos hard-dollar, aunque esto podr\u00eda verse revertido r\u00e1pidamente en caso de que el DNU sea aprobado en Diputados.<\/strong><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Mercado de cambios:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>el BCRA contin\u00faa su <em>crawling peg<\/em> del 2% mensual y el FX mayorista abre la jornada en $850,5<\/li><li><strong><strong>Rechazo en el Senado: <\/strong><\/strong>con un total de 42 votos, se rechaz\u00f3 el DNU de Milei en el Senado.\u00a0 El Decreto pasar\u00e1 a la C\u00e1mara Baja y continuar\u00e1 vigente a menos que lo rechace Diputados. Tras el resultado, la Oficina del Presidente public\u00f3 ayer un comunicado diciendo que el rechazo fue \u201cun intento de socavar el Pacto de Mayo, el Gobierno Nacional y el cambio elegido por los argentinos\u201d.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Upgrade de la Ley \u00d3mnibus:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> medios de comunicaci\u00f3n distribuyeron el nuevo texto de la Ley Bases, en el que se modifica la f\u00f3rmula de movilidad con aumentos mensuales a partir de abril seg\u00fan el IPC en t-2 y se agrega un incremento del 10% al mes inicial. Por otro lado, el texto no deja sin efecto la norma que pone tope para las emisiones soberanas de bonos ley extranjera, ni modifica aquella que limita las condiciones de canjes soberanos.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>BOPREAL: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>el Banco Central logr\u00f3 emitir apenas USD 100 MM en la licitaci\u00f3n de la Serie 3 del bono para importadores de esta semana. De esta manera, coloc\u00f3 el 29,7% del monto m\u00e1ximo de emisi\u00f3n (USD 3.000 MM). Mientras el d\u00f3lar impl\u00edcito de esta serie se ubica en zona de $1.377, el cierre del CCL de ayer fue de $1.060, lo que puede explicar la baja adhesi\u00f3n de esta licitaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Importaciones: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>tal como fue adelantado por el vocero presidencial, el BCRA dispuso ayer de manera oficial que a partir de hoy los pagos de importaciones de bienes de la canasta b\u00e1sica podr\u00e1n cancelarse en su totalidad accediendo al MULC a partir de los 30 d\u00edas, en lugar de en cuatro pagos a 30, 60,90 y 120 d\u00edas.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Saldo en el MULC:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>ayer el Banco Central compr\u00f3 USD 132 MM en el MULC, acumulando un saldo positivo de USD 7.518 MM en el 2024 y de USD 10.381 MM desde la devaluaci\u00f3n del 13 de diciembre.<\/li><li><strong>Contexto internacional: <\/strong>el mercado de <em>equity<\/em> internacional opera mixto en el pre-market, incorporando los nuevos datos de inflaci\u00f3n al productor y ca\u00edda en la actividad en Nueva York.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este informe ha sido elaborado a t\u00edtulo informativo.
