El trabajo es muy ambicioso y, al igual que el DNU, busca cambiar las bases fundamentales de la pol\u00edtica y la econom\u00eda de por lo menos los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os. La batalla en el Congreso ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil. Hay que recordar que LLA cuenta solo con el 10% de los senadores y el 15% de los diputados, que podr\u00eda extenderse al 39% y 51%, respectivamente, si se logra el apoyo de todo JxC. En cuanto al proyecto en s\u00ed, cuenta con 351 p\u00e1ginas y 664 art\u00edculos (el DNU ten\u00eda 83 p\u00e1ginas y 366 art\u00edculos). Su extensi\u00f3n implica la afectaci\u00f3n de temas tan diversos como el impositivo, electoral, jubilaciones, tributario, civil, educaci\u00f3n, salud, entre otros. Mientras tanto, en el plano econ\u00f3mico- financiero, contin\u00faa la estrategia de licuaci\u00f3n de pesos, mientras el d\u00f3lar libre se mantiene estable. El verano estar\u00e1 cargado de volatilidad pol\u00edtica y econ\u00f3mica; <strong>se deber\u00e1 mostrar que el compromiso fiscal obtiene los resultados esperados ya que, de fracasar en ese aspecto, todo el programa podr\u00eda debilitarse y aumentar la presi\u00f3n sobre los tipos de cambio financieros.<\/strong><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mercado de cambios:<\/strong> el FX mayorista abre la jornada en $808.<\/li><li><strong>Ley \u00d3mnibus: <\/strong>Javier Milei envi\u00f3 al Congreso la Ley &#8220;Bases y Puntos de Partida para la Libertad de los Argentinos&#8221;, en la cual, entre otras cosas:<ul><li>Declara la emergencia p\u00fablica en materia econ\u00f3mica, financiera, fiscal, social, previsional, de seguridad, de defensa, tarifaria, energ\u00e9tica, sanitaria y social hasta, al menos, el 31\/12\/2025;<\/li><li>Dispone que los bonos soberanos en poder del Fondo de Garant\u00eda de la Anses y otros entes nacionales pasen al Tesoro y sean cancelados;<\/li><li>Modifica la norma que limita las condiciones de canjes soberanos, dejando de exigir que las operaciones mejoren montos, plazos y\/o intereses;<\/li><li>Deroga un art\u00edculo que fija un tope para las emisiones soberanas de bonos Ley Extranjera.<\/li><li>Autoriza la privatizaci\u00f3n de 41 empresas p\u00fablicas, entre las que se encuentran el Banco Naci\u00f3n e YPF;<\/li><li>Reduce la al\u00edcuota del impuesto de Bienes Personales, pasando de 1,5% en 2023 a 0,5% en 2027;<\/li><li>Elimina el diferencial por bienes off-shore, ofreciendo pagar 5 a\u00f1os de impuesto por anticipado, y ofrece un blanqueo (gratis hasta los USD 100.000 y con costo de 5% para montos superiores);<\/li><li>Suspende la f\u00f3rmula de movilidad jubilatoria;<\/li><li>Establece retenciones de 15% a las exportaciones que no tributan y aumenta la al\u00edcuota de las ventas al exterior de soja de 31% a 33%;<\/li><li>Elimina las PASO y modifica la composici\u00f3n de Diputados, d\u00e1ndole m\u00e1s peso a la Provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>BOPREAL: <\/strong>todav\u00eda no se public\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n sobre la licitaci\u00f3n del bono para importadores Serie 1 de ayer, pero hoy se volver\u00e1 a ofrecer, por un m\u00e1ximo de USD 750 entre los dos d\u00edas.<\/li><li><strong>Saldo en el MULC:<\/strong> ayer el BCRA compr\u00f3 USD 205 MM en cambios, acumulando un saldo positivo de USD 1.510 MM en lo que va de diciembre, y USD 2.289 MM compras netas desde la devaluaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>Equity:<\/strong> el mercado internacional opera levemente en negativo en el pre-market; el oro contin\u00faa en zona de m\u00e1ximos del a\u00f1o.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Este informe ha sido elaborado a t\u00edtulo informativo.
