Tanto el oficialismo como oposici\u00f3n acordaron ciertos puntos cr\u00edticos y finalmente se aprob\u00f3 con los votos afirmativos necesarios. A grandes rasgos, los principales art\u00edculos incluidos en el Proyecto denotan una extensi\u00f3n de medidas aplicadas y consideradas por el espectro pol\u00edtico en su totalidad en el \u00faltimo tiempo. La tendencia pareciera ser incrementos en la carga tributaria que se ven sobre compensadas por mayores gastos principalmente en partidas sociales, tambi\u00e9n persisten exenciones impositivas con cierta carga de contenido pol\u00edtico. A fin de cuentas, se devela y transmite que la prudencia fiscal y la congruencia impositiva no figura en la agenda de las autoridades, por lo menos para el pr\u00f3ximo ejercicio. El Presupuesto como aproximaci\u00f3n marca la pauta que la inflaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 siendo una herramienta de licuaci\u00f3n y que el ordenamiento fiscal en general no es prioridad en lo inmediato.<\/em> \u00a0<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><strong>Mercado de cambios: <\/strong><\/strong>el FX mayorista abre ARS 155.44 (+36 centavos diarios, equivalente a un ritmo de devaluaci\u00f3n del 84.73% TNA).<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Nuevo decreto del Gobierno:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>se public\u00f3 un comunicado que extiende la obligaci\u00f3n a Entidades P\u00fablicas a invertir su liquidez en t\u00edtulos del Tesoro. Previo a esta norma, dichas entidades pod\u00edan colocar su liquidez en Letras Precancelables a 180 d\u00edas. Esto se da en el marco de un Gobierno que buscar\u00e1 incrementar demanda para los nuevos vencimientos de noviembre y diciembre.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Presupuesto 2023:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>Tal como se menciona, se logr\u00f3 media sanci\u00f3n en Diputados a dicho proyecto. Entre los puntos m\u00e1s destacados se encuentran el retiro del art\u00edculo que le permit\u00eda al Ejecutivo modificar retenciones, tambi\u00e9n se rechaz\u00f3 el pago de Ganancias por parte de los jueces; por otro lado, se incrementaron impuestos para las obras sociales de monotributistas y otro impuesto m\u00e1s sobre pasajes a\u00e9reos.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Deuda del Tesoro:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>contin\u00faan las dudas en las curvas de pesos emitidas por el Tesoro y el BCRA sigue interviniendo colocando bids y poni\u00e9ndole freno, en donde el TX24 es de los instrumentos con mayor castigo. Hoy se conocer\u00e1n las condiciones para la subasta de ma\u00f1ana en donde vencen $135.000 millones. Por otro lado, el Gobierno dej\u00f3 entrever en un comunicado que se ofrecer\u00e1 un canje para los tenedores de deuda con vencimiento en los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Saldo en el MULC:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> el BCRA finaliz\u00f3 la rueda de ayer con compras por USD 1 MM. De esta manera, el saldo acumulado del mes de octubre es negativo en USD 295 MM.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong>Equity: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>los mercados globales abren a la baja luego de varias jornadas con subas importantes. El motivo de la baja parece estar explicado por los malos resultados presentados el d\u00eda de ayer por Microsoft y Google.
