Las partidas donde m\u00e1s ajuste se ve son prestaciones sociales y subsidios econ\u00f3micos, aun teniendo en consideraci\u00f3n que no se llev\u00f3 a cabo la readecuaci\u00f3n total de las tarifas por diferencias dentro del partido gobernante. Lo cierto es que la inflaci\u00f3n hace el trabajo sucio permitiendo la licuaci\u00f3n del gasto y enmascarar el ajuste. La actual situaci\u00f3n macroecon\u00f3mica requiere de mayor prudencia fiscal para descontracturar la enorme necesidad de financiamiento que se requerir\u00e1 el a\u00f1o que viene. Pero lo positivo es que, a\u00fan con diferencias dentro de la coalici\u00f3n de gobierno, Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez parece no poner tanta oposici\u00f3n a Sergio Massa como a Mart\u00edn Guzm\u00e1n, teniendo en cuenta que el relativo ajuste actual es mayor al observado los primeros meses del a\u00f1o.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mercado de cambios: <\/strong>el FX mayorista abre ARS 164.89 (+38 centavos diarios, equivalente a un ritmo de devaluaci\u00f3n del 84.31% TNA).<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Balanza comercial: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>El d\u00eda de ayer el INDEC dio a conocer el resultado de la balanza comercial de octubre que arroj\u00f3 un saldo positivo de USD 1.827 MM. Las exportaciones alcanzaron un total de USD 7.901 MM, mientras que las importaciones USD 6.074 MM. La suba de exportaciones interanual alcanz\u00f3 un 15.1%, explicado principalmente por productos primarios que subieron 30.4%. De esta manera, el super\u00e1vit acumulado desde enero es de USD 4.400 MM.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong>D\u00e9ficit primario: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>El Mecon present\u00f3 el resultado fiscal de octubre que arroj\u00f3 un d\u00e9ficit de $ 129.049 MM (sin considerar el tope de Rentas de la Propiedad por FMI el d\u00e9ficit fue $ 103.000 MM). Los ingresos tributarios aumentaron 4.8% a\/a real, mientras que el total de ingresos lo hizo por 3.5% a\/a real. Por su parte, los gastos primarios cayeron de forma real 13.0% de forma interanual, consiguiendo el cuarto mes consecutivo de baja real del gasto. El d\u00e9ficit fiscal primario acumulado en 10 meses asciende a $1.225.200 MM (1.6% PBI).<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Swap con Brasil?:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>Seg\u00fan diversos medios, el equipo econ\u00f3mico estar\u00eda negociando un swap de monedas con el Banco Central de Brasil por un total de USD 10.000 MM para el mes de enero. El BCRA busca alternativas para poder brindar certidumbre acerca de la fortaleza de sus reservas, e intenta encontrar ayuda en sus principales socios comerciales.<\/li><li><strong>Saldo en el MULC:<\/strong> Seg\u00fan operadores de mercado, el BCRA finaliz\u00f3 la jornada de ayer con compras por USD 1 MM, la autoridad monetaria a lo largo del mes de noviembre no puede acumular reservas y las compras que realiza son de poca cuant\u00eda.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Equity: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>los mercados globales abren la jornada con variaciones mayormente positivas, el d\u00eda de ayer se observ\u00f3 una buena fortaleza al correr de la jornada y esto permite al SPY alcanzar nuevamente los USD 400.
