Una de las mayores preocupaciones pasa por el bajo nivel de reservas netas en las arcas del BCRA. Luego de 10 ruedas seguidas con un alto saldo vendedor, el drenaje parecer haberse estabilizado en un saldo m\u00e1s bien neutro. Igualmente, la alta brecha entre los tipos de cambio y una inflaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1ticamente corriendo por encima de la tasa de devaluaci\u00f3n genera mayores desequilibrios que se ven traducidos en el desempe\u00f1o en el MULC. Una devaluaci\u00f3n del tipo de cambio oficial sin un programa econ\u00f3mico que avale un ajuste racional de precios relativos, solo presionar\u00e1 el nivel general de precios, deteriorando a\u00fan m\u00e1s la credibilidad de las autoridades. Por el momento, la b\u00fasqueda de estabilidad social prima por encima de la racionalidad fiscal, ya que seg\u00fan estimaciones el nuevo bono a jubilados implica una erogaci\u00f3n muy similar a lo que se ahorrar\u00eda el Tesoro con el nuevo esquema de tarifas. Pero sin anclaje fiscal, ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil contener la inflaci\u00f3n e inestabilidad financiera. Seg\u00fan la prensa, en estos d\u00edas se confirmar\u00eda a Rubinstein como Viceministro y eventualmente se podr\u00edan esperar mayores definiciones en relaci\u00f3n a la configuraci\u00f3n de una nueva macro para lo que viene.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mercado de cambio: <\/strong>el FX mayorista abre ARS 135.53 (+24 centavos diarios, equivalente a un ritmo de devaluaci\u00f3n del 63.8% TNA).<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong>Nuevo Viceministro: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>si bien a\u00fan no hay confirmaciones oficiales, Sergio Rubinstein asumir\u00eda como Viceministro de Sergio Massa en Econom\u00eda. El anuncio se iba a realizar el d\u00eda de ayer, pero el mismo se sigue postergando; lo cierto es que luego de dudas iniciales el nombre de Rubinstein es pr\u00e1cticamente un hecho.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong>Pases para FCI<\/strong>: <\/strong><\/strong>a trav\u00e9s de una Comunicaci\u00f3n publicada el viernes, el BCRA comenzar\u00e1 a ofrecer pases a un d\u00eda para FCI. La tasa a ofrecer ser\u00e1 una inc\u00f3gnita y determinar\u00e1 a su vez demanda para bonos soberanos, ya que podr\u00eda migrar flujo desde fondos T+1 hac\u00eda esta nueva alternativa postulada por el BCRA.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong>Nuevas medidas: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>en estos d\u00edas se definir\u00e1: la resoluci\u00f3n que dar\u00e1 vida a un adelanto de impuesto a las ganancias para grandes empresas donde el Gobierno espera recaudar entre $200 y $250 mil millones, en lo que ser\u00e1 un ingreso adelantado del periodo fiscal 2023. Y en relaci\u00f3n a la liquidaci\u00f3n del agro, la Mesa de Enlace se reunir\u00e1 con la Secretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica para definir nuevos incentivos a productores en torno a un nuevo \u201cd\u00f3lar soja\u201d.<\/li><li><strong>Saldo en el MULC:<\/strong> el Banco Central habr\u00eda cerrado la \u00faltima jornada de la semana pasada con compras por un USD 1 MM, sumando un total de USD 4 MM en las \u00faltimas dos ruedas. Teniendo en cuenta los \u00faltimos datos oficiales al 9 de agosto, la autoridad monetaria acumula un saldo negativo de USD 1448 MM en las \u00faltimas 20 ruedas.<\/li><li><strong>Equity:<\/strong> los mercados globales abren la jornada en negativo tal como sucedi\u00f3 el d\u00eda de ayer. Los datos macroecon\u00f3micos de China arrojaron cifras peores a lo esperado y la perspectiva de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico se reduce para los pr\u00f3ximos meses.
