Conocido el mal dato de balanza comercial del mes de julio (USD -437 MM), las miras vuelven a estar puestas en aumentar el control sobre la econom\u00eda, espec\u00edficamente sobre las importaciones. El gobierno toma nota de que tiene un problema con la acumulaci\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares, pero el tiempo sigue pasando y su enfoque sigue siendo restrictivo, cuando esta receta ha llevado a niveles de brecha en m\u00e1ximos hist\u00f3ricos. Existe un claro problema de incentivos con el sector agroexportador, ya que en la medida que el tipo de cambio refleje el precio que el agro considere apropiado para liquidar sus divisas, lo har\u00e1, caso contrario, esperar\u00e1 un precio mayor. Se esperaba que Rubinstein sume esa cuota de raciocinio, pero la duda de cu\u00e1ntos grados de libertad tendr\u00e1 para poder implementarla es muy grande; por ahora m\u00e1s de lo mismo. En contraposici\u00f3n, en materia fiscal se ven ciertos avances hacia un reordenamiento del gasto p\u00fablico, aunque incluyendo el d\u00e9ficit cuasi fiscal el panorama sigue siendo muy desalentador.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mercado de cambio: <\/strong>el FX mayorista abre ARS 136.92 (+28 centavos diarios, equivalente a un ritmo de devaluaci\u00f3n del 74.79% TNA).<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong>Ajuste fiscal<\/strong>: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>El Ministerio de Econom\u00eda confirm\u00f3 la absorci\u00f3n de $210.000 MM de caja excedente de Educaci\u00f3n, Salud, Transporte, Producci\u00f3n, Obras P\u00fablicas entre otros. Entre los recortes m\u00e1s grandes se destacan $70.000 MM para Educaci\u00f3n, $70.000MM en Producci\u00f3n y $50.000 MM en Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat.<\/li><li><strong>Balanza comercial<\/strong>: Ayer se conocieron los datos del saldo comercial del mes de julio; arroj\u00f3 un d\u00e9ficit de USD 437 MM versus un super\u00e1vit de USD 1.536 MM en el mismo mes del a\u00f1o anterior. As\u00ed, el super\u00e1vit acumulado del a\u00f1o 2022 retrocede a USD 2.500 M. El resultado de julio confirma el segundo mes consecutivo de d\u00e9ficit comercial. Las importaciones se mantienen en r\u00e9cords hist\u00f3ricos y el alto precio de las commodities no pudo contrarrestar esta din\u00e1mica.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong>M\u00e1s controles<\/strong>: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>Se aumentan los controles sobre las importaciones con 3 nuevas medidas; nuevo registro de AFIP para empresas que compren servicios del exterior, nueva lista de bienes que pasar\u00e1n a tener licencias no autom\u00e1ticas y se reducir\u00e1 el plazo que tienen las empresas para exportar si utilizan bienes importados.<\/li><li><strong><strong>Saldo en el MULC: <\/strong><\/strong>el d\u00eda de ayer, el BCRA culmin\u00f3 la jornada con compras por USD 140 MM, fue la mayor acumulaci\u00f3n diaria desde fines de junio. De esta forma, la autoridad monetaria lleva 8 ruedas sin desprenderse de divisas a trav\u00e9s del MULC. Se espera que a medida que se logre incrementar la liquidaci\u00f3n del agro, aumente el saldo comprador.<\/li><li><strong><strong>Equity:<\/strong> <\/strong>los mercados globales abren mixtos y contin\u00faan las subas de las tasas de bonos del Tesoro de EE.UU por lo que se ve evidenciada una nueva jornada de risk-off global.
