En pa\u00edses con previsibilidad econ\u00f3mica, la tarea resulta menos compleja que en un pa\u00eds como El rojo fiscal no cede y la realidad acorta los caminos del nuevo equipo econ\u00f3mico. El discurso elaborado por Massa de un mayor control en las cuentas fiscales y reducci\u00f3n de gastos en las partidas m\u00e1s significativas, a\u00fan no se ve plasmado en los n\u00fameros obtenidos en el mes de agosto. A grandes rasgos, se observa la evidencia que en julio la mejora se debi\u00f3 a una din\u00e1mica contable de prorrogar pagos por lo que la mejora no fue genuina. Al d\u00eda de hoy, las proyecciones para lo que resta del 2022 no son las mejores; la quita parcial de subsidios energ\u00e9ticos ha generado m\u00e1s ruido que un impacto real en las cuentas fiscales, ya que su aplicaci\u00f3n se sigue difiriendo. Para comenzar a dilucidar un camino de recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y mejorar las previsiones para los pr\u00f3ximos meses, es condici\u00f3n necesaria una recurrente reducci\u00f3n del d\u00e9ficit fiscal que por el momento no se contempla.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><strong>Mercado de cambio: <\/strong><\/strong>el FX mayorista abre ARS 145.17 (+28 centavos diarios, equivalente a un ritmo de devaluaci\u00f3n del 70.54% TNA).<\/li><li><strong><strong>Resultado fiscal: <\/strong><\/strong>el rojo del mes de agosto se ubic\u00f3 en $224.707 millones, sin contabilizar las rentas de la propiedad provenientes de financiamiento neto en las licitaciones. En los \u00faltimos 12 meses, el d\u00e9ficit fiscal se ubica en el 2.75% sobre el PBI. En el acumulado del 2022, el d\u00e9ficit se ubica en $1.101.330 millones.<\/li><li><strong>D\u00e9ficit comercial<\/strong>: en agosto el saldo neto comercial arroj\u00f3 un saldo neto negativo de USD 300 millones. Este es el tercer mes consecutivo en donde se registra d\u00e9ficit comercial. Las exportaciones cayeron principalmente explicadas por la baja liquidaci\u00f3n de soja del mes de agosto y las importaciones se incrementaron principalmente por pagos de energ\u00eda.<\/li><li><strong>Contin\u00faa la liquidaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: pese a las restricciones emitidas por parte del BCRA el d\u00eda lunes, la liquidaci\u00f3n de soja contin\u00faa elevada y se estima que para finales de agosto el saldo ser\u00e1 mayor a los USD 5.000 MM previstos. El d\u00eda de ayer se informaron operaciones de soja por 1 MM de toneladas. El MEP y CCL se incrementaron retomando zona cercana a $300 y esto se podr\u00eda explicar por mayor volumen de compras por parte de productores. \u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Saldo en el MULC:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>el d\u00eda de ayer, el BCRA tuvo compras netas por USD 243 MM. Seg\u00fan operadores de mercado hubo ventas del complejo sojero por USD 352 MM, mientras que la venta a importadores alcanz\u00f3 el monto de USD 109 MM. La expansi\u00f3n monetaria resultante de la rueda fue de aproximadamente $ 55.000 MM.<\/li><li><strong><strong><strong><strong>Equity: <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>los mercados globales abren la jornada a la baja, extendiendo la ca\u00edda que comenz\u00f3 ayer post anunci\u00f3 de la FED. La suba de 75 pbs. y el discurso <em>hawkish <\/em>de Powell, ponen presi\u00f3n a los activos de riesgo e incrementa el <em>risk-off<\/em>.
